The Structure
When you arrive at CA’ BIANCA, you will be immediately greeted by a breathtaking panorama that stretches between the hills and the sea. The house has three floors, with the B&B located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible without stairs. Inside, a large living room with sofas, fireplace, and bookshelves will welcome you. The hospitality continues on the terrace where you can truly begin to relax.
Also on the same floor are the study/reception area, a shared bathroom, the three rooms each with a private bathroom, and the kitchen for exclusive staff use.
Adjacent to the house, a large covered space is used as a “SHARED KITCHEN” or is simply one of the many corners that you can experience while staying with us.
This space, which we call “Il Capanno,” is furnished with tables and chairs, sofas, a fireplace, board games, and a kitchenette with a sink, stove, electric oven, refrigerator, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils, dish soap and sponge, dish towel, and pot holders.
It is designed for preparing quick meals to enjoy immediately, storing drinks in the fridge, or preparing an aperitif. The use of “Il Capanno” is included in the cost of the stay and is subject to very few but essential rules for peaceful coexistence with other guests. For any violations, we reserve the right to apply an extra cost.
There is also a common area available for rinsing swimwear or small garments, equipped with clotheslines and clothespins.
In short, you’ve booked a room in a B&B, but here you will find much more than just “bed and breakfast.”
Indoor Spaces
Inside Ca’ Bianca is characterized by a large living room with fireplace and a vast library with a large collection of works on the marble quarries, Lunigiana and its historic villas and the castles of the province of Massa and Carrara as well as comics, books of poetry, travel, cinema, theatre, history and narrative.
And if you’re traveling as a family, the time to put your little ones to bed won’t necessarily correspond to the end of the day. For adults, the evening can continue in the interior spaces in front of the warmth of the fireplace; outside admiring the fireflies and the view, listening to the nightingales or experiencing pleasant moments of conviviality with the other guests of the b&b.
Outdoor Spaces
Free open-air parking within the property, where you can leave your car, scooter, or motorcycle. One parking spot is guaranteed for each room.
A spacious outdoor area with a charming vine-covered pergola, equipped with a wood-fired oven and large barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying pleasant outdoor evenings in company. Tables and chairs are strategically arranged, inviting guests to share convivial moments amidst the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding environment
A further covered outdoor space, equipped with all the amenities needed to prepare and consume quick meals, including sink, fridge, freezer, gas cooker, crockery. A rustic fireplace completes the atmosphere of winter evenings. Within this space, regardless of availability during your stay, it is possible to organize Private Events and Group Experiences upon request.
Last but not least, the terrace with a panoramic view, on which breakfast is served in milder periods, and from which you can admire the splendid surrounding landscape and be enchanted by the beauty of Tuscan nature.
It is the ideal place to enjoy moments of relaxation and contemplation, perhaps sipping a good glass of wine at sunset.
